Ingredients
- 50 grams of cincau
- 50 grams of white bread
- 50 grams of avocado
- 50 grams of nata de coco
- 50 grams of kolang-kaling
- 50 gr of pineapple
- 50 grams of watermelon
- 50 ml of condensed milk
- 100 ml of hot water
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- Cocopandan syrup (sufficient)
- Ice cubes as needed
- Cold water (sufficient)
Steps
- Cut all the fruit into cubes. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Dissolve the sugar in the hot water, pour it into the bowl for the filling.
- Pour cocopandan and sweetened condensed to taste. Add ice cubes and enough water. Stir well.
- Es Campur is ready to serve.
